I’m sure this is entirely unrelated to our lack of any kind of law requiring disclosure of breaches, unless you’re an ISP. Hmmm. ISP being breached ring any bells? About 400,000 of them?
No, I expect our retailers, hotel chains, banks and other payment card merchants just have much better security than their US equivalents.
